My hiatus was extended over the weekend because I was getting down on my self for getting off track. I hurt my ankle on the camping trip for one. The injury isn’t too extensive, but it’s enough to keep me from getting adequate exercise. I’ve been opting for long, easy walks instead of my usual routine.
And up until yesterday I was pretty bummed out by the fact that I’ve been eating a lot more than I was before. My diet has still been healthy, just with additional calories. Yesterday though, I looked in the mirror and saw that I have lost a noticeable amount of weight. I haven’t weighed my self yet since I don’t really see the point in doing so. I like what I’m seeing and it would appear as though I wasn’t eating enough calories before. Since I’ve been eating more, the extra weight around my middle is practically sliding off. Whatever I’m doing it seems to be working so I’m going to keep it up :)
